Ce coffret contenant 6 CDs, limité à 1954 exemplaires, est le troisième des six coffrets édités par la Toho depuis septembre 2004, ayant pour vocation de proposer les scores de tous les films dans leur version la plus complète. Ce volume contient les scores des films allant de Godzilla Vs. Hedorah à Terror of Mecha Godzilla, concluant ainsi la collection des scores des films de l’ère Showa. A cela s’ajoute un CD bonus compilant des thèmes des différents films de la saga.
